Desserts, Frostings And Glazes
1 cup softened butter (2 sticks)
3- 4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 T. Irish Cream
Beat butter, Irish cream, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
Sift and add in powdered sugar a little at a time, using only as much as needed.
Whip until desired consistency.
If your room is hot, chill the icing for a short time and continue.
Use half salted, half unsalted butter or add a pinch of salt. Use real vanilla.
